A pricey taste of Italy..!

Overlooking the Mediterranean, Da Bruno Sul Mare offers an extensive menu selection of Italian cuisine, as well as assorted traditional Spanish dishes such as paellas and fish dishes.

Da Bruno Sul Mare is a ideal location to host banquets, celebrations and corporate events, thanks to its capacity of 400 guests. Da Bruno Sul Mare is certainly a nice Italian restaurant, but is on the expensive side. In order to call it value for money, I would recommend taking a table outside in order to absorb the sights of the Mediterranean.

Many people say this is an experience you should not do without, and many in my family would agree. Unfortunately, the prices are in the higher bracket for me to agree. De Bruno Sul Mar provide excellent service and professional supervision from owners Bruno and Giuseppina, just not quite enough for me to agree with the price range.

They offer live music each night, but I prefer being seated outside without the music, which is why I would only choose to dine in the summer time.

I have contrasting opinions of Da Bruno Sul Mare, as Italian food is one of my favourites and the quality is very high, however the high prices don’t make up for the location. I would actually prefer to dine at any one of the other four restaurants in the Da Bruno group, in particular Da Bruno a Casa on the Golden Mile.

Here’s hoping I will be pleasantly surprised in a couple of months upon returning.
