At your fingertips

by

In 2004, I arrived in Marbella expecting the same standards in the beauty industry as London. How wrong could I have been? I had been wearing fibre, nail extensions for over five years, and didn’t think it would be a big deal to find a nail technician to take care of my in-fills. Nine snapped-off […]

So Far Under Par

by

Only three kilometers from the N340 and the A7 toll road at Calahonda, Miraflores is situated in the very heart of the Costa del Sol.

Ok that was some of the factual data over and done with. I do not know where to start with this one; a truly awful experience! Unfortunately I do not get to play golf as often as I would like, therefore when I do get the opportunity to play I want to enjoy all aspects of the course. However with Miraflores, the only enjoyable aspect was …….

Almenara Golf

by

The conclusion I came to when reviewing this magnificent hotel and golf resort is that it couldn´t really be any better if it tried. Almenara consists of three loops of 9 holes each – a total of 27 holes. The three loops; Los Alconoques, Los Pinos and Los Lagos are all very individual.

Santa Maria Golf

by

Santa Maria has been chosen by many as their favorite course on Costa del Sol, particularly with the female golfers. This might be due to the big difference in yardage from yellow to red tee. It starts already on the first tee where the gentlemen have to tee off over water and the red tee is pushed roughly 80 meters forward to the other side of the lake, this pretty much continues for the rest of the course.
